At Of One Cloth, our story is rooted in connection, growth, and finding beauty in every season of life.

Hi, I’m Monica Sterling, founder of Of One Cloth. I was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas and graduated from Texas Christian University (Go Frogs!) with a degree in Speech Language Pathology. My background shaped how I connect with people and I carry that into every part of this business.

In the summer of 2021, I started Of One Cloth as an online graphic tee shop. What began as a small creative outlet quickly became something much more meaningful. I discovered how much I love building relationships, creating experiences, and helping women feel confident in who they are.

In 2022, my family and I moved to Nocona, Texas, and in 2023, we opened our brick and mortar boutique. What started online has grown into a space where community, style, and meaningful moments come together.

I am married to my husband Cody, and we are raising our son Raylan here in North Texas. My family is at the heart of everything I do, and their support has been a driving force behind this journey.

Through this business and the connections made along the way, I was able to rediscover my spark. Today, that spark lives on in everything we do, creating a space that feels welcoming, uplifting, and full of life.
