Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Of One Cloth is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please submit a claim directly with USPS or UPS. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

RETURNS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once your return is approved, your item must be received at Of One Cloth within 30 days of the original purchase date.
